Reference to choosing bathroom tile - Del Mar Real Estate

Many home owners spend a lot of time and money designing their living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms but neglect this level of style and detail i the bathroom.  They have opted for cheap fixes like synthetic shower enclosures and linoleum floors or even carpet pieces.  But nothing says "bathroom" like bright tiles in creative designs. The look of tile can make the bathroom stand out and harmonize with the detail in the rest of the house. Bathroom tiles are traditionally set three main styles: harlequin pattern, natural stone with marble accents, and traditional tiles with color and pattern splashed throughout them.  The The harlequin pattern distinguishes itself from the other styles simply by the diamond tile placement and alternating colors. The variety of colors available give a person endless options for expressing their personal tastes and interests. Traditionally this pattern is completed in black and white.  Stone tiles work best for people who despise water spots and enjoy the feel natural stone gives. These tiles have a matte finish that does not reveal water spots or finger prints. When brushed stainless steel or nickel accents are added you create an easily cleanable bathroom because they also do not show water spots or finger prints easily. Those who have a larger budget can consider marble fixtures that blend well with natural stone tile.  If your budget is smaller you can still create a dream bath, but you will need to concentrate on finding the right traditional ceramic tile.  These tiles are less expensive and come in a wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes.  With a few extra dollars you can quickly jazz up these tiles by adding accents of bright colored Glass tiles to the pattern. If you are not experienced in setting tile you should have a professional install them. Everyone wants to save some money, but in the end, you'll appreciate the professional finish that only a trained mason can create.
