The number of sold Del Mar luxury homes meanwhile remained constant. Only 4 condos were also sold this month of April. The average selling price of this homes amounted to $561,250, a 17% decrease compared to last month's $681,000. The median selling price is a major decrease from $1,362,000 down to $575,000.
